Client owns a psychology and career-coaching practice had an outdated WordPress site that kept getting hacked — and worse, wasn't converting. New clients couldn't find basic service information, so they called instead of booking, adding friction and eating into her time.
I met with the client in person to map what she was losing — outdated pages, missing info, security incidents. I ran a competitive analysis against other psychology/coaching sites, cross-referenced it with her wishlist, then built a Figma prototype and presented it a week later so she could experience the new flow before a single line of code was written.

Fewer calls asking questions the site now answers itself. Giselle reports new clients finding her and booking directly through the site — the exact gap that started the project.
"A psychologist's website getting hacked, repeatedly, has a certain irony to it. We fixed that — and gave her patients one less reason to pick up the phone."
